William H. Benedict

Senior Appraiser

William Benedict is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture.

Prior to joining CNY Pomeroy Appraisers, he spent time living in Arizona working as a carpenter with a specialty in metal fabrication. Upon fulfilling his life-long dream of designing and building his personal residence he changed paths and began the pursuit of an appraisal career.

He has experience in appraising rural, residential and commercial properties.
