Susan D. Baldwin earned her MAI designation in 1992 and her Review designation AI-GRs, in 2018. She holds a NYS General Certified Real Estate Appraiser license in both New York State and Pennsylvania. She is President of CNY Pomeroy Appraisers, Inc. which was formerly known as Armory Square Valuation Services, Inc. Susan has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1986 after graduating from college with a degree in Economics from State University of New York College at Cortland. She is a qualified real estate appraiser with valuation expertise in commercial, industrial, apartments and special purpose property. Ms. Baldwin also has a concentration in golf course valuation.

In 2005, Susan served as President of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has always been active with the local chapter to include being on the Board of Directors, Chairperson for Candidate Guidance, and Syracuse District Chair. She is currently a Candidate Advisor for three practicing Affiliates of the Appraisal Institute. She has provided expert testimony in the New York State Supreme Court.

Ms. Baldwin serves as Chairperson of the Grievance Board for the Town of Cazenovia for over 25 years. She is a board member of the YMCA and a board member of the Cazenovia Golf Club. She is also owns several real estate assets in Central New York.
