Kevin Race is a 2017 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a Certificate in Sustainability.

He has prior experience working in the tech, environmental health, and hospitality industries; before joining CNY Pomeroy, he was a Pricing Analyst for a cybersecurity software company, an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist, and a bartender at a local brewery. His interests revolve around the intersection of real estate, sustainability, and urban planning. Specifically, how climate change will influence future migration patterns, how sustainable design can mitigate its effects, and how car dependency has dictated land use patterns across the United States.

Experience assisting with appraisals for numerous types of real property including apartment complexes, warehouses, professional office buildings, retail properties, equestrian facilities, dairy farms, converted residences, conference/retreat centers, summer camps, subdivisions, conservation easements, indoor sports centers, farmsteads, storage facilities, and various types of vacant land.

Community Activities:

Have participated in, organized, and volunteered for a number of community-led events and organizations including the Cazenovia Pride Festival, Beat the Streets Mentorship Program, Free the Planet Environmental Action Club, Fossil Fuel Divestment Coalition, Pitt Dance Marathon, and Cazenovia Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
