Kevin Race is a 2017 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a Certificate in Sustainability.
He has prior experience working in the tech, environmental health, and hospitality industries; before joining CNY Pomeroy, he was a Pricing Analyst for a cybersecurity software company, an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist, and a bartender at a local brewery. His interests revolve around the intersection of real estate, sustainability, and urban planning. Specifically, how climate change will influence future migration patterns, how sustainable design can mitigate its effects, and how car dependency has dictated land use patterns across the United States.
