Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Geneseo and an MBA from Ithaca College with concentrations in financial analysis, research, statistics, and communications. Throughout graduate school, he performed title research for abstracting firms in several counties throughout Upstate New York.  After school Daniel spent time working with non-profit groups in Colorado, and time assisting developers in New York City, before returning to Central New York to put down roots closer to his family.  Seeking a dynamic career that demanded integrity and continuous opportunities for learning, appraisal was a natural fit for Daniel’s broad experiences and perspectives.

Daniel enjoys local and global travel, fishing, hiking, water sports, and spending time with friends and family.  He is a former USSF Soccer Referee, having had the honor of officiating at State Cups in New York and Colorado, and a former ski and snowboard instructor at Bristol Mountain.
