Susan D. Baldwin, MAI, AI-GRS, is a member of the Appraisal Institute and a NYS General Certified Real Estate Appraiser. She is President of CNY Pomeroy Appraisers, Inc. which was formerly known as Armory Square Valuation Services, Inc. Susan has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 1986 after graduating from college with a degree in Economics from State University of New York College at Cortland.
Don Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has been awarded the MAI professional designation from the Appraisal Institute and the ARA (Accredited Rural Appraiser) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
Lindsay is a NYS Certified General Appraiser. She is a 2010 graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Forensic Science. She has gained experience in valuations of an array of different commercial and industrial property types.
William Benedict is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture. Prior to joining CNY Pomeroy Appraisers, he spent time living in Arizona working as a carpenter with a specialty in metal fabrication. Upon fulfilling his life-long dream of designing and building his personal residence he changed paths and began the pursuit of an appraisal career.
Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree from S.U.N.Y. at Geneseo and an M.B.A. from Ithaca College with concentrations in financial analysis, research, statistics and communications. After college and throughout graduate school, he performed title research for abstracting firms throughout many counties in and around the southern tier of New York State.
Bruce Akins is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Bruce joined Pomeroy Appraisal in March of 2010. Prior to joining CNY Pomeroy Appraisers, Bruce was employed as controller of Johnston RV Country in Webster, New York.
Lawrence Schunck has been with CNY Pomeroy Appraisers since 2016. Prior to that Lawrence worked for ten years with Pomeroy Appraisal Associates, Inc. He has appraisal experience in numerous types of real property including golf courses, restaurants, apartment complexes, and more.
James earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University, where he majored in Finance and Real Estate. After college he interned at Marcus and Millichap in Brooklyn for a summer. James has assisted in appraisals of numerous types of real property including land and farms, golf courses, athletic facilities, banks, conservation easements, and more.
Kevin is a 2017 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. He has experience working in the service, environmental, and tech industries; before joining CNY Pomeroy he was a Pricing Analyst for a cybersecurity software company.
