Matthew D. Oja, Esq., has been an associate appraiser with CNY Pomeroy Appraisers since 2014. His real estate experience includes both commercial and residential valuation, land use and zoning review, commercial leasing, and real estate transactions. He is pursuing a New York State general real estate appraiser certification and has completed courses including RE5 Basic Appraisal Principles and Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser.
Matt is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association. He has served on a number of non-profit boards of directors and resides in Syracuse. He is a graduate of Colgate University and the Syracuse University College of Law.
