James earned a Bachelor’s Degree from S.U.N.Y. at Geneseo and an M.B.A. from Ithaca College with concentrations in financial analysis, research, statistics and communications. After college and throughout graduate school, he performed title research for abstracting firms throughout many counties in and around the southern tier of New York State.

James also has experience in sales, management, training and career development - all which have served as an excellent basis for appraisal research and analysis.

He enjoys travel and soccer on the weekends.
